Service Description

This is a unique holistic coaching program for 4 to 6 weeks. It empowers you with evidence based knowledge and more importantly, guides you to adopt the learnt concepts into your daily life. The program is based on sound Nutrition principles blended with principles of Natural Hygiene and Yogic Philosophy of food. I will be personally teaching (starting at your level of understanding), guiding, coaching and monitoring your daily eating, at every meal. I will also help you adopt a suitable and practical lifestyle gradually. We are looking at making lifestyle changes, for life. Please note: These methods need some time and efforts. I urge you to take an appointment only if you are completely serious about healing yourself naturally and have understood my ways of working. I believe that true health does not need treatment, it needs education, awareness and a will to change wrong habits. My endeavour is to educate and help clients understand the fact that the cure is from within. All our efforts are to enhance health.
